The main lesson I’ve learned about purchasing a Kia is to never buy another one. My k5’s rotors are warped for the 2nd time and the car only has 21k miles and it was bought from this dealership in July 2023. Kia covered it the first time when it had the issue at 9K miles and now it’s happening again. Was an out of state customer looking to buy a specific trim Porsche, Jorddy Sid was fast to get in contact with me and help with any questions I had. This will be a comprehensive review. Often times many reviews are perfunctory and not specific enough for actual guidance and value to a perspective patron. However, in my view, a true measure of a dealership is realized when things do not go smoothly. You're on your own as soon as they finalize the transaction---no one will help you. their service department is a joke. they took a total of 4 hours to replace a tire and tpms sensor on a brand new 2024 kia K5, only for me to find out they put in a used sensor from a GM truck that leaked and didn't work---not to mention they never found the original sensor from my wheel that they lost (or stole?)
Jorddy was a wonderful, sweet, and helpful salesman! He sold my parents their preowned Sportage and helped me with the purchase of my Seltos. And a plus he was entertaining my 3 year old while I looked over the car, which most people wouldn’t care to do.

Terrible dealership- avoid at all costs. They take advantage of you. Charged my elderly father $19k for a used Sportage without a working engine- sat in the shop for almost 2 months- during which my father never drove the car and has since been in a hospital. He can no longer drive- so when the car was finally done, explained the situation to Kia and they offered $6K buyback. Seriously? Could not get timely responses to basic questions for a used vehicle purchase (quote on extended warranty, original window sticker available). Took 4 days to get a response on extended warranty (no response on original window sticker request so I bought one myself from a 3rd party). Still made an offer on the vehicle, salesperson never took it to management. I have never encountered a car salesman who didn't want to sell me a car.
Aaron was very helpful highly recommend this dealership. They were very straightforward with the price, it's not one of those dealers where they lure you in with a fake price then charge you multiple fees.
