New Features in the 2023 Kia Soul
The 2023 lineup includes several changes to make the vehicle stand out. The simplified lineup includes five trim levels: LX, S, EX, and GT-Line, and GT-Line Tech. This simplified lineup brings features from the discontinued trim levels to others in the lineup.
While the boxy style speaks for itself, all new exterior features elevate the hatchback’s ability to stick out from the crowd. An all new front fascia with available LED lights and redesigned fog lights help the front of the vehicle stand out. Daytime running lamps and turn signals finish up the refreshed look.
New paint options finish out the refreshed exterior options. Two new color combinations have been added to the lineup including: Clear White with Fusion Black roof, and Surf Blue with a Fusion Black roof.
The all new 10.25-inch touchscreen display is advancing the technology of the interior. A newly positioned switchgear is placed to help the driver centric designs.
With safety as a priority for the redesign, several features are now standard across each of the trim levels. This includes:
- Forward Collision Avoidance Assist-Pedestrian (FCA-Ped; camera type)4
- Lane Keeping Assist + Lane Following Assist5
- Driver Attention Warning6
- Lane Departure Warning7
- High Beam Assist
- Rear Occupant Alert (door logic)
